The AquaCal TropiCal series is comprised of HEAT ONLY units. Meaning it does NOT have the capability of cooling a pool or hot tub. We do offer AquaCal units with the ability to BOTH heat and cool a pool or hot tub within the AquaCal HeatWave SuperQuiet series.

    Great Customer Service

    Josh and those at SaltPoolGuys.com were a great help in selecting and getting an AquaCal heat pump. Very knowledgeable staff who were able to provide information and details about various products and their features. Josh was attentive and helpful in providing answers to questions and following-up. And when an issue arose after receiving the heat pump Josh and Cammie and the SaltPoolGuys.com team were quick to resolve the issue and quickly replace the unit for me. Excellent customer service. I would certainly work with them again and recommend them.
