I ordered a new lcd display for my pool heater and paid the extra shipping to have it arrive earlier. It was supposed to arrive in 2 days but took 3. When I called the company to express my displeasure with the delay in the arrival of the product, I was refunded the amount that I paid. The product worked perfectly after installation and now my pool heater works again.

Ordering was easy and delivery is fast. I installed it myself. Wasn’t bad if you take your time. Had to make minor modifications on my unit. Mildly annoying but not bad. Salt Pool Guys have it figured out. Aquacal folks are pretty awesome as well if you find yourself in a pinch. All in all, a great and easy experience from order to install.

I had to modify the electrical enclosure a little and use a different model number but it was easy for me to do.
