INSTALLATION
  • Installs Easily:There is no need to remove the plastic cover from the AutoPilot controller to install the cord. This cord plugs into the unit from the bottom side of the unit.

Salt Pool Guys is Awesome!

Been 5 years since installing new pool with AutoPilot Digital Nano. Red light was kicking on and not generating salt. Researched issue on TFP and of course they said to reach out to Chase and the good folks at SaltPoolGuys.com.

Chase responded to email within a few minutes and I provided the requested data. Based on the data, Chase promptly recommended a new PPC II, along with a new cable.

The new PPC was delivered within 3 business days and I installed it a few minutes after receipt- Easy as that! I was back producing salt, with perfect diagnostic test (No blinking warning lights).

Oh, and I emailed them the rebate request and received my rebate check within the same week- heck, I was not expecting it for several weeks!

All I can say is that SaltWaterPools far exceeded every expectation. You guys run a tight ship and I thank you for all that you good folks do in supporting our community.
